No copy and paste in quick Menu

Please update! copy and paste dosn’t work in the quik menu realy well only by mouse click not by keyboard shortcuts.

Missing many PushBullet features

Doesn’t have E2E, which cripples the application on many central PushBullet features.

Lacks basic accessibility features

The app is nice but I can’t use it with my keyboard at all. It needs shortcuts like Cmd + N to create a new push. Accessibility is off, tab for instance isn’t working correctly. Cmd + , should open preferences. I want to set my phone as the default channel or at least that the app would remember which is the last channel I’ve used. I never ever ever want to send notifications to my browsers through this app. Global shortcut would be a real plus. For now it may be good for receiving notifications but a real pain to send bullets

waste of money

dosent work on yosemite. awesome

Great app, a few minor issues

This app fills in the gap that the PushBullet team left, and it’s certainly a good thing that the app also fits in with the Yosemite design. There are, however, a few minor issues that prevent it from receiving a perfect score. First, the Delete key cannot be used in the app to delete pushes. Also, copy and paste functionality isn’t implemented. The box for inputting a text message doesn’t move on to the next line when your words fill up the first line, instead it keeps scrolling to the right (think Notepad instead of Word), in fact, there is no way to move on to the next line even if you tried (like pressing enter or shift+enter). These are not major issues for me, though probably will be for some. Please do fix these issues and the app will be great.

No text receiving support.

Only supports sending text messages (which you can do for free with the brower extensions anyway).

Looking good

Just installed the app. Tested with sms and calls and everyhing shows up on my Mac. That’s great. The official Mac app stopped working and for some reason, I wasn’t able to install the Safari extension. PushPal miss the « Remote files » features that Pushbullet but that was introduced like yesterday. It got some nice little things like pushing a screenshot with 3 clicks. As long as I can receive my sms and calls it’s not big deal. Hope this work for a long time and goes through Pushbullet updates on their sides. Good job !

Not owkring as it should

I specifically wanted this app for sms notifications. But sms notifications are the only type of notofications that DO NOT show up. All other notifications work

Ummmmm not worth...

just extra SMS feature for 2,99…hope its not over with improvements

Awesome

Although it would be cool to have a list of mirrored notifications in the app itself. Sometimes important information in mirrored pushes (for example, all kinds of auth codes) is truncated and you’re forced to find your phone.

Works nice

Thanks! Works fine, but it would be great to have an access to all SMS on device

I like it!

I like it very much but it is possible to implement this features - an autohide feature (after x seconds) for the notifications? Now every notification remains visible until you press the close button. - mute/unmute sounds during a certain time period (e.g. night)? Thanks

Missing critical PushBullet features!

After finding that both the PushBullet for Mac app AND the Safari extension was pulled from production, I turned to the only client left; PushPal. I was EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! This app only has support for functionality that the very early version of PushBullet had, and nothing else. You can’t send SMS or other application messages through your phone using this client; which was my main reason for using PushBullet. DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU DEPEND ON THE SMS FUNCTIONALITY OF PUSHBULLET!!

Good App with Some Needed Features

Love having Pushbullet using the built in Notification Center over Chrome’s notifications. Reply to SMS is a much needed feature though!

Great Little App!

The app does exactly what it says it does. If you use PushBullet, then you need this app. Prior to purchasing this app, I had to install Google Chrome and then add the PushBullet extension. The problem is, I don’t use Chrome and only want Safari on my iMac. So basically, I had to install an entire browser just to get PushBullet to work on my Mac. What a waste. So I ended up purchasing this little guy, and $2.99, you can’t go wrong. It’s small, simple, and works. You can’t ask for more than that. Keep in mind, these guys aren’t PushBullet, so if you have an issue with the PushBullet service, direct it to the right party. Another thing to add, is that whenever I write the developer of PushPal, they write back immediately, and are very patient and very helpful. To me, customer service is more important than the product. Thankfuly, in this case, I have both. Give it a try. It’s only $3.00!

Please add whatsapp support

also longer messages get cut off, to view whole message you need to select “reply”. Please fix this. Also, I use quickreply for whatsapp, and this cuts off longer messages, or messages received in quick succession, so unable to read group messages especially. the window size is too small and hence it cant fit whole messages in. have to look at phone to read group convos, which defeats the purpose of this app…please fix this.

Great

This is what I wish PushBullet would release themselves. One of my biggest pet peeves when I use a Mac is when developers don’t build their apps to conform with OS X’s design. I’m happy to say PushPal has that Yosemite look that it ought to and - more importantly - uses the system’s notification system. SMS replies work well and I’m overall very happy with the app. I hope the dev continues adding features. I’d say the dev should squish all the bugs, but I haven’t encountered any bugs. Good job! Much preferred to the Chrome and Firefox extensions.

Needs one thing

I love that I don’t need Chrome to be opened anymore but feature this needs to compete with Chrome’s extension in my book is the option to be able to start a text write from the computer and not have to touch my phone. Chrome’s extension allows me to send a text and my contacts pull up when I’m writing the person’s name that I want to text. This would make this app amazing! But until then it’s just ok and actually Chrome’s extension is a little better at the moment.

It DOES NOT WORK with Whatsapp!!!

I just bought it because I read an article saying that it would work with whatsapp - but it is not true! I want my money back!

Don’t believe the online reviews

2 stars because this app has the basic features. Its painful to use though. Use the (free) app from the pushbullet team instead.
